I was really distressed when I got my renewal from my FORMER insurance company, which was so high that my mortgage carrier estimated that my mortgage payments would go up $3-400 a month because of the Homeowner's Insurance. I was talking to a friend about it and she referred me to Sydney. I owe her a HUGE debt. My former company was going to charge $2200 for the year. Sydney came in at just a little over $1,000....less than I paid last year! Thanks, Sydney!!

It was great having Sydney as my Insurance Broker while I lived in Florida. She helped me find an affordable Home Insurance for my new construction home as well as made things streamlined and easy when I had to move out of state for work. She was helpful in terminating my insurance and issuing my refund before I moved out of the state. Too bad shes not licensed in Virginia or I would have definitely gone through her for my insurance needs for my new state.

My agent Sydney consistently provides outstanding customer service. Quickly answers all my emails and phone calls. Immediately after the August 2023 hurricane she reached out to me on a Saturday even though her office was closed and asked if I needed to make a claim or required any assistance. I never had an insurance company be so proactive. Furthermore, she conducted a quick and thorough search to get me the best price and coverage for home, boat and vehicle renewal insurance.
